Infinity Experience Travel – Third-Party Accommodation Terms & Conditions
(Applicable to all room bookings for Trinidad Carnival 2027 and affiliated events)
1. Role of Infinity Experience Travel
Infinity Experience Travel acts solely as a booking facilitator and travel concierge. All accommodations are owned, operated, and managed by independent third-party providers (“Hosts”), including but not limited to Alicia’s Palace, La Calypso, and other partner properties.
By confirming a reservation, you acknowledge that:
- Infinity Experience Travel does not own, manage, or control any accommodation properties.
- Infinity Experience Travel is not responsible for the condition, operations, safety, or services provided by any Host.
2. Booking Confirmation & Deposit Requirement
- No reservation is confirmed without a deposit.
- All room reservations remain pending until deposit is received.
- Failure to submit a deposit within the stated timeframe may result in automatic cancellation without notice.
3. Payment Terms & Deadlines
- All payment deadlines must be strictly adhered to.
- Payments may be processed directly through third-party Hosts via secure payment links.
- Missed payment deadlines may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund of prior payments.
- It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure payments are completed on time.
4. No Refund Policy
- All deposits and payments made toward third-party accommodations are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing by the Host.
- Infinity Experience Travel does not issue refunds for:
- Guest cancellations
- Missed payments or deadlines
- Changes in travel plans
- Dissatisfaction with accommodations
5. Third-Party Liability Disclaimer
Infinity Experience Travel shall not be held liable for any issues arising from accommodations, including but not limited to:
- Property condition or cleanliness
- Maintenance issues or outages
- Safety or security concerns
- Overbooking or relocation by the Host
- Service quality or amenities not meeting expectations
- Host cancellations, changes, or disputes
All such matters must be resolved directly with the Host.
6. Force Majeure
Infinity Experience Travel is not responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Travel disruptions
- Acts of God
- Public health emergencies
7. Guest Responsibility
By booking through Infinity Experience Travel, guests agree to:
- Respect all rules and policies set by the Host
- Provide accurate booking information
- Maintain timely communication regarding payments and confirmations
- Conduct themselves responsibly during their stay
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
- Any attempt to dispute or reverse valid charges (chargebacks) without proper cause may result in:
- Immediate cancellation of all bookings
- Denial of future services
- Infinity Experience Travel reserves the right to provide documentation to financial institutions to defend all valid transactions.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a deposit or making any payment toward your reservation, you confirm that you:
- Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
- Agree to all policies outlined above
- Accept full responsibility for your booking with the third-party Host
