By registering for the Elements: Armour section, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Section Collaboration

The Elements: Armour section is a private collaboration between Infinity Mas Band and Soleil Carnival for Grenada Spicemas 2027.

Infinity Mas Band manages the Elements: Armour section while participating under Soleil Carnival's official band.

2. Registration & Costume Holds

Submitting a registration does not guarantee a costume.

A registration serves as a temporary hold only until the costume has been paid in full.

A costume is considered officially reserved only after full payment has been received.

Infinity Mas Band reserves the right to release any unpaid costume hold at its discretion.

3. Payment Policy

• Full payment is required to complete registration.

• All prices are subject to availability.

• Payments made are applied toward the selected costume only.

• Registration is not transferable without written approval from Infinity Mas Band.

4. Final Sales Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

• No refunds.

• No exchanges.

• No credits.

• No transfers after final confirmation unless approved by management.

Failure to attend Carnival or collect your costume does not qualify for a refund.

5. Hold Deadline

No unpaid costume holds will be honored after Carnival Saturday at 2:00 PM (AST).

Any unpaid registrations remaining after this deadline may be cancelled without notice and the costume released for resale.

6. Local Payment Instructions

Once your registration hold has been received:

• A representative from Infinity Mas Band will contact you using the phone number provided during registration.

• You will receive instructions regarding payment at the Soleil Carnival Mas Camp.

• Local payments must be made in the designated local currency.

Failure to complete payment within the allotted timeframe may result in cancellation of your hold.

7. Costume Distribution

Official costume distribution begins:

July 27, 2026

Distribution schedules, required documents, pickup procedures, and updates will be communicated through:

• Infinity Mas Band Social Media

• WhatsApp Updates

• SMS/Text Messages

Please ensure your contact information remains accurate throughout the season.

9. Costume Collection

To collect your costume you may be required to present:

• Government-issued photo ID

• Registration confirmation

• Proof of payment (if requested)

Infinity Mas Band reserves the right to verify identification before releasing any costume.

10. Changes & Modifications

Infinity Mas Band and Soleil Carnival reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to:

• Distribution dates

• Costume components

• Materials

• Event logistics

• Policies

Should circumstances beyond our control arise, every effort will be made to communicate changes promptly.

11. Acceptance

By registering for the Elements: Armour section, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions.

• You understand that registration is only a temporary hold until payment is completed.

• You understand that all sales are final.

• You agree to abide by all policies established by Infinity Mas Band and Soleil Carnival.
